Through student employment opportunities at the University Television Center, communication majors work directly with professional staff to deliver video products to on- and off-campus clients. Working at the TV Center provides students access to broadcast-level production equipment and full-time television producers, providing a hands-on education in visual messaging. Student workers learn the business of TV, including client interaction, budgeting, and client retention strategies to build and grow a business. Recent graduates have found success in creative services, on-air, and producing positions in facilities across the southeast.
