Sarah Nicholas received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations in 2000. Nicholas, a native and current resident of Starkville, Miss., serves as a writer and editor for the College of Arts & Sciences at Mississippi State University.

Sara Frederic received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations in 2008 from Mississippi State University. Frederic also earned two master’s degrees from MSU, including a Master of Business Administration in 2011 and a Master of Science in Sports Administration in 2012.

Hannah Bateman received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations in 2016 and her Master of Public Policy and Public Administration in 2018, both from Mississippi State University.

Anna Blount

Anna Blount has been a member of Mississippi State University’s Department of Communication faculty for seven years, but prior to that, she was a student in the department. She received her B.A. in Communication with a concentration in public relations, and she received her M.S. in Public Relations from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Ginni Gray

Ginni Gray is a senior majoring in communication with a concentration in public relations from Peachtree City, Ga. Gray is currently involved in Pi Beta Phi sorority, is the president of the College of Arts and Sciences Ambassadors, and is a member of Shackhouls Honors College. Upon graduation, Gray would like to travel for a few years, possibly as a flight attendant, but she plans to enter into public relations after traveling.

Morgan Middleton

Morgan Middleton received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing in spring 2013. Middleton is a McComb, Miss., native and currently resides in Gluckstadt, Miss. She currently serves as Special Assistant Attorney General for Civil Litigation Division for the State of Mississippi.

Mississippi State University now is one of three schools in the Southeastern Conference and one of only 52 schools internationally to obtain Certification in Education for Public Relations, a distinction from the Public Relations Society of America earned by organizations meeting top PR education standards.

Karie R. Pinnix is the 2021 Student of the Year for the Public Relations Association of Mississippi, and Abbie Kate Hancock received the Gregory Raimondo Outstanding Public Relations Student Award, presented by the PRAM River City chapter.
